Registration requires the submission of personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and — where applicable — a national identity reference such as a CNIC number for Users resident in Pakistan.

Upon successful registration, the User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account login credentials. 786w will not be held liable for any loss, unauthorised access or damage resulting from the User's failure to protect their account credentials.

• Users must not share Account credentials with any third party.
• Any activity conducted through a User's Account is the sole responsibility of the registered Account holder.
• Users must notify 786w immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their Account.
• 786w reserves the right to suspend any Account while an investigation into suspected unauthorised access or fraudulent activity is conducted.

786w may, at its discretion and at any time, request additional identity or residency documentation as part of ongoing account security and compliance procedures.

786w applies Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in accordance with its operational obligations. KYC verification is typically triggered at the time of a User's first withdrawal request, and may be triggered at any subsequent time at 786w's discretion.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document. For Users in Pakistan, this would typically be a current CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing the User's registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to make deposits to the Account (for example, a screenshot of the associated mobile wallet or a partial bank statement).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or temporary restriction of Account access. 786w is not responsible for processing delays caused by a User's failure to provide requested documentation promptly.

All financial transactions on the 786w Platform are conducted in accordance with the Platform's current deposit and withdrawal policies. General terms governing deposits and withdrawals include:

Key principles applicable to all bonus offers:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms at the time of the offer.

• All wagers, once confirmed by the Platform, are final and binding. 786w will not cancel or refund a bet solely on the basis of a User's change of mind.
• Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error affecting a game or bet, 786w reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the User's Account.

• Live in-play markets are subject to real-time odds movements. 786w accepts no liability for delays in the display of live data relative to actual event progress.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 786w Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account or identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Participating in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to staking patterns designed to exploit promotional offers, arbitrage betting across accounts, or coordinating with other Users to manipulate promotional outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of any part of the Platform;

786w reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of the above, and to withhold or forfeit any funds or bonuses associated with such an Account pending investigation.

• Interruption, suspension or termination of Platform access, whether or not such interruption was foreseeable;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of a User's Account data resulting from the User's failure to protect their own credentials;

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 786w makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the fitness, accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability of the Platform.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 786w is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable operator jurisdiction, as published in the Platform's operator information.
